Return Policy

Non-Defective merchandise may be returned at the customer's expense. Credit will be issued for the merchandise cost, not shipping and handling. A 15% re-stocking charge will be applied to all returns. If your original order included free shipping, and the net amount of that invoice minus you return falls below the $25 total, your credit will be debited $5.95 for shipping.

If items are for exchange please include a note specifying the items you desire. A credit or charge will be processed depending on the financial outcome of the exchange. In the event the new total of the exchange is greater than the return amount, we will not apply the 15% restocking charge.

All returns MUST include a copy of your invoice or original order. This is the only way we have access to your credit card information to issue credit.
