Non-Defective merchandise may be returned at the customer's expense. Credit will be issued for the merchandise cost, not shipping and handling. A 15% re-stocking charge will be applied to all returns. In the event you receive a defective item we will replace it and waive the re-stocking fee.
Custom Prescriptions are not returnable.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please note: Credits will take up to 30 days to appear on your C/C or PayPal acct. Please do not inquire about the status of your return as this only slows the process.
If items are for exchange please include a note specifying the items you desire. A credit or charge will be processed depending on the financial outcome of the exchange. In the event the new total of the exchange is equal to, or greater than the return amount, we will not apply the 15% restocking charge.
There is a $3.95 fee for postage on your exchange.
All returns MUST include a copy of your invoice or original order. This is the only way we have access to your credit card information to issue credit. All returns are to be sent to our corporate address:
