Recommended - with a caveat.
I really like these folding readers! They are (in my opinion) stylish, good quality readers, and having a hard shell case with a carabineer that I can clip to my belt loop means they can always be with me. However, there are two reasons these didn't rate 5 stars. The first is that because the "temple tip" doesn't curve down around the ear, they can slide off when looking down. The second reason is that I've lost two pair of these because the hard shell case popped open when brushing against something during hikes or when sliding into or out of seats on a bus. Still, I've ordered two more pair because I really like them.
